At Vermi Compost, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all refund requests. This helps us verify the condition of the product as received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 24-hour window.
  • Absence of a proper unboxing video.
  • Product used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales (if specified).

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or via bank transfer, within 7–10 working days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. For returns where reverse pickup is not available, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
