Order Cancellation Policy

At Vermi Compost, we start processing orders quickly to ensure timely dispatch. Please review the following cancellation rules.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is not possible.

2. How to Request Cancellation

You can request cancellation by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full paid amount is refunded.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
• For COD orders cancelled before dispatch, no payment refund is applicable.

4. Non-Cancellable Cases

• Orders already dispatched from warehouse.
• Orders returned due to incorrect customer address/phone provided at checkout.
• Repeated cancellation requests from the same account may be restricted.
